About The Project
This is the website for my Girl Scout Gold Award. The Gold Award is earned by completing an eighty-hour community action project. I decided to focus on Gun Violence in America, a pressing issue that impacts people from all communities. It is especially meaningful to me because it often affects students.

Click the above button to learn about the issue of gun violence. Throughout my project, I wrote blog posts about the things I learned. My hope is that my readers will have a resource to learn about the issue all in one place. I hope these posts will inspire others to take action.

Click the above button to learn about my Gold Award Project and the actions I took. This page includes images and descriptions of all the things I did to help reduce gun violence in the United States.

Click the above button for a list of ways that you can take action of your own. I would suggest reading the other two sections of the website before this one because they will inspire your own action ideas.

Click the above button to share your story about gun violence. I created an anonymous google form for people to discuss their experiences. If you are not a direct survivor of gun violence, you can still fill out the survey as there are many other questions that might apply to you. I might use your story in a PSA or my upcoming documentary if you submit the form, but I will never use your name even if you include it.
